Client Partner, Cybersecurity Solutions
Our client is a Global cybersecurity services firm specialising in high-end incident response, threat investigations, and cyber readiness. As they continue to expand across the region, they are seeking for an energetic, solutions-driven Client Partner, Cybersecurity Solutions to join the Singapore team.This is a front-line, quota-carrying role focused on growing and retaining an existing portfolio of corporate clients, deepening relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding adoption of the firm’s cybersecurity services over time.
Responsibilities
You will act as a trusted partner to existing customers, driving account growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell across incident response, readiness, and advisory services. Working closely with senior leadership and delivery teams, you will shape commercial proposals, support pricing and tender activities, and negotiate contract renewals and expansions. The role involves regular engagement with senior and C-level stakeholders to understand evolving risk priorities, translate them into actionable service roadmaps, and maintain a strong pipeline of expansion opportunities. Success will come from disciplined account planning, consistent follow-through, and a metrics-driven approach to retention and growth.
Requirements
Demonstrated business development success in generating and managing opportunities across Southeast Asia, with at least five years’ experience including a minimum of three years in strategic consulting and/or a cybersecurity leadership capacity. Must have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and technical domain, coupled with a client-service mindset, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to earn trust with clients and partners. You are proactive, independent, hands-on, and resilient, able to deliver under pressure and ambiguity, with strong analytical thinking and attention to technical detail. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving matrix environment, learn quickly, and adapt with a positive, can-do attitude.
