Computer Vision Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Computer Vision Engineer to design and build next-generation AI platforms within a high-impact engineering environment. In this role, you will lead the development of end-to-end computer vision systems, from data processing and model training to deployment and monitoring. You will work closely with AI researchers and engineers to prototype and scale innovative solutions, while taking ownership of both product and platform development.

职责

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and building application layers that support the full lifecycle of computer vision models, including data workflows, training systems, evaluation pipelines, and deployment tools. You will develop backend services and APIs to automate and orchestrate machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype proof-of-concept applications, validating new ideas using computer vision and emerging AI approaches. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating prototypes into production-ready systems, establishing best practices in system design, testing, and observability.

You will also contribute to infrastructure development, including containerization, deployment pipelines, and monitoring systems, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and production-ready.

要求：

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in software engineering with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end, user-facing applications. Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks is required, along with solid system design and architecture skills.

Hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying computer vision models (such as classification, detection, or segmentation) is essential. You should have a practical understanding of data preparation, augmentation, and evaluation techniques, as well as experience working with common computer vision frameworks.

Familiarity with containerization technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and production infrastructure is important. Experience working with GPU-based environments and model serving tools is highly desirable.
