Director, Portfolio Management – Major Financial Institution
职责
The successful candidate will supervise a sizable team responsible for managing a portfolio of structured finance assets across Asia originated in Project Finance and Real Estate. This involves client management, implementing solutions pertaining to waiver terms, refinancing transactions and resolving client issues. You will lead the team in actively managing the overall risk profile of the bank’s assets including ongoing credit risk assessment, monitoring of client and project conditions, proactive risk identification, recommending necessary changes to mitigate risks and updating internal stakeholders where relevant. You will oversee the approval process for internal operational matters, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.

You hold a Degree in Finance or related discipline from a reputable University and at least 15 years of relevant experience in financial services. You are extremely well versed with project finance transactions in natural resources, power, infrastructure and real estate sectors in Asia. Strong technical skills in credit risk, data analysis, impact sensitivity studies, cashflow/financial modelling, risk assessment are crucial as is having strong business acumen and appreciation of banking products. Experience leading a sizeable team is preferred. Proven ability to spearhead strategic initiatives involving enhancements to risk management, credit monitoring processes and optimising overall operational efficiencies presents a strong advantage. To succeed in this role, you will have to be proactive, resourceful and able to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties.
