You Will Get To:
-Lead the requirements analysis for a robust Group Finance Technology project pipeline, including major initiatives in regulatory reporting (e.g., MAS), transfer pricing/allocation pricing, Basel compliance and Finance Data initiatives.

-Utilise your finance Data Management expertise across systems and projects, many of which are heavily data-centric.
-Be a central figure in the Group HQ, working shoulder-to-shoulder with key decision-makers and business specialists.
-Define and shape the to-be business and operational processes based on deep-dive impact assessments.
-Translate high-level business requirements into precise, detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
-Maintain integrity by managing scope creep, monitoring risks, and performing quick-turnaround estimations for project change requests.
-Drive successful delivery by reviewing test plans, ensuring requirement traceability, and providing expert support during SIT and UAT (including defect prioritisation and resolution).
You Will Bring Your Experience Of:
-10-15 years of proven, progressive experience in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on finance-related projects and system implementation and Finance Data Management.
-Deep knowledge and practical application of financial reporting and regulatory reporting.
-Hands-on functional knowledge of SAP/GL and other complex financial systems.
-A strong foundation in core financial accountancy and processes, including consolidated financial accounting and budgeting/forecasting.
-Expertise in specialist finance areas such as transfer pricing/allocation pricing and Basel frameworks.
-Proficiency in data management and financial systems architecture.
-A comprehensive understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
-Proven ability to act as a strong team player with genuine leadership skills to drive collaboration and complex issue resolution.
-A diligent, resilient, and passionate approach, with a history of delivering successfully even when navigating ambiguity or working under pressure.
