Head of Application Services – Financial Services
A leading banking institution is looking for a Head of Application Services to join their technology team and drive the development and support of critical banking applications.

Reporting to the Department Head, you will lead the application services team, overseeing the support, maintenance, and optimization of all software applications that support the bank’s operations. You will collaborate closely with business units to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business objectives. As a key leader, you will guide the team through digital transformation projects, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
要求：
The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified with a proven track record in IT application management, within the banking or financial services industry. You will have experience leading large, complex software development projects and a strong understanding of end-to-end banking operations. Expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies, along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, is required.
