The role involves developing a cohesive strategy for and delivering of Third party software products, providing direction to the executive team, managing the entire lifecycle of business software applications, fostering a culture of innovation, and managing vendor relationships. The role also involves market analysis of new trends to inform innovation, budget and resource management, vendor management, collaboration and communication, compliance with regulatory requirements, training and support, and performance monitoring.
要求
The job requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in digital product development and 8 years in leadership roles. Experience in managing business software applications and IT projects, strong leadership skills, understanding of software deployment strategies, vendor management, licensing models, and cloud technologies is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, budget and resource management, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and high-performing team management are also essential. Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors is preferred.
