Our client, a premier insurer, is seeking a Head of New Business Underwriting and Policy Servicing to join its Life & Health Operations team. This strategic leadership role will drive underwriting excellence, enhance operational efficiency across policy servicing and champion a seamless customer experience.

职责

You will lead new business underwriting and policy servicing strategies within Life & Health operations to drive growth, efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will champion digital transformation and analytics to enhance underwriting quality and service delivery, while strengthening governance and stakeholder alignment. As a strategic leader, you will inspire high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, agility and customer-centricity.

要求

You have over 10 years of experience in life and/or health underwriting, including 5 years in senior leadership. You bring strong technical and regulatory expertise in MAS guidelines, LIA standards and risk assessment. You have a proven record in driving operational excellence, digital transformation and service innovation, with strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver results.
