Our client is a well-established and growing financial services seeking an HR Director to head the HR function.
Position Overview
This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of human resources and administrative functions, engaging relevant stakeholders. It encompasses both strategic and operational aspects, focusing on aligning business objectives with employee satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the GM, you will oversee all end-to-end HR functions and collaborate closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with the business. You will be responsible for strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee development and engagement, as well as HR administration and compliance. This is a managerial position.

You are degree-qualified with over 15 years of HR experience as a Business Partner or HR Manager, including proven leadership expertise. Your background includes working in large, complex, and multicultural organizations or multinational corporations. Passionate about driving innovation, you excel in enhancing and streamlining HR processes for continuous improvement. With strong stakeholder management, exceptional communication, and project management skills, you thrive in dynamic environments, delivering impactful HR strategies that align with business objectives.
