IT Application HR Support Lead (SuccessFactors), Smart Logistics

This is a high-visibility career opportunity to step into a Singapore-based Global role directly overseeing enterprise HR applications support and harmonisation across a complex, multi-regional ecosystem.

You will have the opportunity to:
lead and shape the Global enterprise HR applications, taking direct operational ownership of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time Tracking and SAP EC Payroll). Reporting to the Global Head, you will manage global support operations, enforce ITSM-driven governance, and oversee change and release lifecycles across local CoEs in markets. You will act as the key escalation authority, drive cross-region process harmonisation, mentor a team of HR systems analysts, and partner closely with Group HR, Payroll, and global software vendors (e.g., SAP) to ensure maximum uptime, audit compliance, and seamless operational delivery.

You will bring your experience of:
a minimum of 7 years in SAP HR applications support and governance, featuring strong functional exposure across SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, Employee Central and Time Module. You have experience doing technical configuration for SuccessFactors (and come from a Consultant background doing such technical configuration). You have experience managing support and integrations between HR, payroll, and finance systems.
You possess strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement capabilities, paired with deep knowledge of ITSM processes, audit readiness, and HR governance. A resilient leader and expert problem solver, you are adept at managing cross-functional alignment across global support environments, leading analysts, and maintaining operational hands-on capability when critical business continuity requires it. ITIL, PMP, or relevant SAP HR/SuccessFactors certifications will be highly advantageous.
