      Description
      Our client is a global food and nutrition ingredients MNC with an established commercial footprint across Asia Pacific. They are hiring a Key Account Manager in Singapore to support regional growth for key customers for the South East Asia region.

      Responsibilities
      Reporting to the APAC Key Accounts Lead, you will drive strategic sales growth for designated multinational key accounts with significant manufacturing or operational presence in Southeast Asia. You will be working closely with the regional and global Key Account Managers to plan and execute the sales strategy. You will lead the full commercial cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, working closely with pricing, regulatory, and application development teams based in Asia.

      Requirements
      Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science or a related discipline. You bring at least 6 to 8 years of key account management or sales experience within flavours, colours, specialty ingredients, or related food solution segments. Candidates from principal companies or distributors are welcome. Experience managing multinational accounts with regional complexity will be advantageous. You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to propose value driven solutions. You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a high level of ownership, and the discipline to manage customers independently.
