Our client is a well-established and highly regarded international financial institution. It is seeking to appoint a dynamic HR Operations Lead to oversee HR service delivery and drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations and Technology, you will lead the HR Operations team and partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality HR services. You will drive the optimisation of HR processes, frameworks and controls to enhance efficiency, governance and scalability, while elevating the overall employee experience. You will also play a key role in supporting HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with a strong track record in HR operations, ideally within large, complex organisations. You bring hands-on leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop teams while effectively engaging senior stakeholders. You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy, compliance and governance.
