Project Manager, Global Business Services (2-Year Contract)

About the Role
This is a newly created opportunity for an accomplished Project Manager to join a Singapore-headquartered organization with a strong regional presence, driving transformation and operational excellence across its diverse business operations.

Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will lead transformation initiatives to build and enhance Shared Services operations while managing strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) programs. You’ll drive the setup and optimization of shared service functions, oversee end-to-end process transitions, and implement governance frameworks and performance metrics to enable efficient global delivery. This role also involves managing BPO vendors-from selection and contracting to performance tracking-to ensure SLA compliance and value creation. Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, you’ll align transformation efforts with business priorities and oversee project plans, budgets, risks, and progress reporting to senior leadership.

Key Requirements
You are a proactive and results-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (MBA and/or PMP certification preferred). With 6-8 years of project management experience, including significant exposure to large-scale transformation or Shared Services/GBS initiatives, you have a track record of delivering impactful, scalable solutions. Skilled in BPO and vendor management, change leadership, and process improvement (Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus), you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You excel at engaging stakeholders, influencing at the executive level, and translating vision into action. Analytical and tech-savvy, you leverage data and project tools to drive operational excellence and transformation success.
