Regional Head of Legal, Wealth Management
This is an opportunity to join a leading regional financial services group as the Regional Head of Legal, based in Singapore. The organisation has an established presence in securities and brokerage, alongside a growing wealth management platform, offering an integrated suite of investment products and services across Asia.
The role provides the chance to shape and lead the legal function at a regional level, partnering closely with senior management to support business expansion, strengthen governance frameworks, and navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. The Regional Head of Legal will lead the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements, oversee disputes and external counsel, and drive the development of policies, frameworks, and controls aligned with applicable laws and regulations.
Candidates should be a qualified lawyers with at least 12 PQE in financial services, particularly within the wealth management and capital markets industry in Singapore or Hong Kong.
