Regulatory Manager – Home and Personal Care / Industrials

Description
Our client is strengthening their R&D team and has newly created a Regulatory Manager position under its specialty ingredients business unit to ensure product compliance across their product portfolio to accelerate their business growth.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of R&D, you will lead scientific and safety evaluation of their ingredients and dossier preparation for registration in their key markets. You need to be knowledgeable and has strong understanding of toxicology protocols, reviewing study designs and applying QSAR to support hazard assessments and regulatory decisions. The role partners closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales to embed regulatory considerations throughout the product lifecycle to accelerate product adoption and sales in their key markets.

Requirements
You hold a Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacology or a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in personal and home care or industrial application would be an added advantage. You have strong understand of global chemical regulations and have submitted regulatory dossiers for approval before. You are analytical, collaborative and have good communication skills.
