This premier private bank has an established platform in the region and provides a wide range of products and services to its global network of clients. It is now hiring a high-calibre Risk Director.

职责

Reporting to Asia Risk Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the suitability and appropriateness of financial products and services offered to high-net-worth clients. This involves assessing and mitigating risks related to regulatory compliance, client suitability and investment recommendations. You will partner with Compliance and Investment Services teams to ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies while optimizing client outcomes. You will assist in identifying, monitoring and reporting investment portfolio risk across asset classes, and ensure that portfolios operate withing defined risk appetite, regulatory requirements and internal limits. In collaboration with the Head of Operational Risk Asia, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring and mitigating operational risks.

Qualifications

You possess relevant years of experience in private banking and strong knowledge of regulations and practices with regards to investment suitability and asset management. Good understanding structured products and derivatives and strong knowledge of risk controls and policies are essential.
