Our client is an established Asian company in the oil and gas industry, recognized for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to join their HR leadership team as a Senior HR Manager.
Position Overview
In this pivotal role, you will take charge of HR operations, guiding the team in developing and executing effective manpower strategies while overseeing a comprehensive range of HR functions that contribute to the company’s overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Director, you will assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will supervise the HR team to ensure effective delivery and improvement of all functions while engaging in hands-on tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, and onboarding.
The role also involves supporting performance management systems, driving training programs, and cultivating talent within the organization. You will benchmark compensation to remain competitive, innovate retention strategies, facilitate succession planning, and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
You will effectively communicate with management and department heads, prepare reports, and address performance issues with professionalism, all while leading various HR projects as required.
要求
You are degree-qualified with at least 10 years of hands-on HR experience, managing a team and driving HR operations. You have a strong grasp of employment legislation and labour relations, particularly in Singapore and other regions. You have strong presentation skills, possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills, and you are proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for HR functions. Experience in the oil and gas or commodity trading sectors within a multicultural environment is preferred.
