      Our Client
      Our client is a well-established organisation seeking an experienced HR operations leader to strengthen its people operations capability. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key part in supporting the business through the delivery of reliable, efficient, and compliant HR services.

      Responsibilities
      You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, payroll delivery, and compliance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive employee experience. It leads operational projects and digital initiatives, establishes standards, and drives continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.

      You will act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders, supports governance and audit requirements, and ensures HR policies, procedures, and documentation remain effective and compliant. You will also lead and develop a team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability.

      Requirements
      The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR operations leadership. You will bring solid knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, payroll, HR systems, and employment regulations, along with proven people management experience. The role requires someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, and who demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills, sound judgement, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
