Senior Investment Manager, Data Centres

A fast-growing developer of large-scale data centre campuses, is seeking a strong Investment lead to lead the sourcing and execution of strategic land and property acquisitions.

职责

This role will manage the full acquisition lifecycle, including site origination, screening, commercial negotiation, due diligence, and transaction closing. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams across legal, finance, development, and technical functions, while building strong relationships with brokers, landowners, and local stakeholders. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on the company’s growth pipeline and long-term development strategy.

要求

Ideally, you have 8+ years of experience in land acquisition, industrial real estate, site selection, or related transaction roles. You possess strong commercial negotiation skills, a sound understanding of transaction processes and due diligence, and the ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will also be described as someone who thrives in lean and dynamic settings, is proactive and is solution oriented.
