职责
As a Global Major Incident Officer, you will lead the recovery of major outages, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders at all levels. You will work closely with the business and IT stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle and provide clear and swift resolution. You will conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and determine any preventive measures. You will be empowered to recommend and implement any improvements to existing processes.
要求:
You are an experienced major incident manager within a complex IT environment (financial services preferred). You are adept in working across multiple locations and time zones. You possess strong communication skills and are able to engage senior executives and technical teams effectively. Due to the nature of the work and the geographical coverage, you will need to be available to support 24/7 incident response during designated on-call weeks.
