Senior Product Manager – Robotics

A well-established robotics technology organisation is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the planning and delivery of its next generation robotics platforms. This role focuses on setting clear product direction, making sound decisions across complex technical areas, and guiding teams to deliver reliable products used in real-world environments. Sitting at the intersection of hardware, software, AI, and operations, this position plays a key role in shaping high-impact robotics solutions from early concept through to large-scale deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the long-term product vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and operating conditions, then translate these insights into clear and practical product requirements. You will partner with engineering teams to guide system-level decisions across autonomy, AI, safety, reliability, cost, and manufacturability, balancing technical depth with commercial outcomes.

You will define clear success measures for products, support validation and iteration, and ensure quality remains high throughout the product lifecycle. In addition, you will align teams across engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and compliance, support customer discussions and demonstrations when required, and mentor junior Product Managers.

Key Qualifications

You bring at least seven years of Product Management experience, including work on complex hardware and software products such as robotics or autonomous systems. You have strong systems thinking, a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and experience turning customer needs into scalable product solutions. Clear communication and confident stakeholder management are essential.
