Senior SAP HCM Business Analyst – SG HQ & cutting-edge tech user
-Are you an SAP HCM expert with a passion for driving meaningful change through technology? A globally recognized leader in integrated services, using cutting-edge tech like AI and Robotics to build safer, smarter communities, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
-This is a high-impact role based in Singapore, where you will be instrumental in the evolution and support of their critical SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
You will get to:
-Lead SAP HCM Change Requests: Manage the full lifecycle of Change Request activities-from gathering and analysing requirements, facilitating business process discussions, through to solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and successful deployment.
-Be a Problem Solver: Provide essential application support to end-users, quickly troubleshooting and resolving complex issues while maintaining clear, constructive, and timely communication.
-Shape the Future System: Collaborate closely with HR users, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deeply understand system functionality, identify pain points, and proactively recommend impactful process or system improvements.
-Drive Stability and Growth: Actively participate in both implementation and sustainment initiatives, ensuring operational stability and continuous enhancement of their core enterprise systems.
-Master the Knowledge Base: Maintain meticulous documentation for all system changes, configurations, and support procedures, acting as the key authority for knowledge sharing and compliance.
You Will Bring Your Experience Of:
-You are a seasoned SAP professional ready to take ownership of complex HCM landscapes.
-SAP HCM Mastery: A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation or support, with a strong focus on Payroll and either Time Management or Time Evaluation (Positive Time) modules.
-Functional & Configuration Power: Strong analytical, functional, and configuration skills specifically within SAP HCM modules, with a preference for deep expertise in Payroll and either Time Management or Time Evaluation (Positive Time).
-Statutory Compliance: A robust understanding of SAP HCM processes combined with mandatory knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements; exposure to other international statutory requirements is a significant advantage.
-Technical Collaboration: The ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and log analysis to effectively collaborate with the development team and vendors.
Integration Support: Proven experience in supporting integrations between SAP and external applications.
-Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear documentation, effective cross-team collaboration, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
