Senior SAP Logistics Functional Business Analyst – Singaporean HQ

-Are you an SAP SD/MM/CS expert with a passion for driving meaningful change through technology? A globally recognized leader in integrated services, using cutting-edge tech like AI and Robotics to build safer, smarter communities, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
-This is a high-impact role based in Singapore, where you will be instrumental in the evolution and support of their critical SAP SD/MM/CS Modules.

You will get to:
-Be the SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME): You will serve as the go-to specialist for the SAP SD, MM, and CS modules, ensuring system reliability, seamless integration, and strong alignment with core business objectives.
-Drive Strategic Optimization: You will analyze and streamline core business processes-from order management to after-sales service-translating complex requirements into clear functional specifications, system configurations, and training materials.
-Lead Critical Projects: You will lead or provide robust support for end-to-end SAP projects, including major implementations, strategic enhancements, and necessary upgrades, proactively managing scope, budget, timelines, and risks.
-Ensure Operational Excellence: You will manage end-user support and timely issue resolution (aligned with SLAs) and diligently maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring strict compliance with all change management, cybersecurity, and audit protocols.
-Bridge Business and Technology: You will be the primary liaison, fostering strong collaboration between diverse business units and specialized SAP technical teams to deliver practical, impactful solutions.

You Will Bring Your Experience Of:
-Core SAP Expertise (6-8+ years): You must possess deep, hands-on experience in SAP SD, MM, and CS modules, including extensive configuration and process knowledge.
-End-to-End Process Mastery: A comprehensive understanding of key processes is essential, including: order management, procurement, logistics, commissions, tagging, and critical after-sales service operations.
-Analytical and Collaboration Skills: You will leverage your strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively and drive consensus across diverse teams.
-Strong Foundations: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Any familiarity with cutting-edge technologies like SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, or AI-driven integrations is a significant advantage.
