Our client is a leading global financial institution with a strong presence across Asia and key international markets. As part of its continued investment in business transformation and strategic change, the organisation is seeking an experienced SVP, Project Manager to join its regional team, leading high-impact initiatives that support the ongoing evolution of its Global Markets business.
职责
Reporting to the Regional Head of Change & Transformation, you will lead the delivery of complex strategic programmes across the Global Markets franchise, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Finance. You will oversee end-to-end programme execution, driving initiatives spanning business and technology transformation, operating model redesign, strategic platform implementation, regulatory change, process optimisation and business growth. You will establish effective programme governance, manage budgets, risks, resources and interdependencies, and ensure successful execution across multiple jurisdictions. Working within a highly matrixed environment, you will foster collaboration across business and technology teams to deliver commercially sound, operationally robust solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
Qualifications
Degree qualified, you possess approximately 12 years or more of project and programme management experience gained within Global Markets, Capital Markets or investment banking environments. You have a proven track record delivering large-scale regional or global transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and complex workstreams. Experience leading front-to-back business and technology change programmes, together with strong programme governance, stakeholder management and communication skills, will be essential. Exposure to Global Markets products, regulatory change, operating model transformation or strategic platform implementations will be highly regarded. Professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CA, CPA or CFA will be viewed favourably.
