Our client is undertaking a multi-year transformation initiative aimed at driving operational integration, governance enhancement and long-term business value creation. As part of this strategic agenda, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned transformation leader/program director to join them in this newly created role.

Role

Reporting to senior leadership and partnering closely with the Steering Committee, Department Heads and key stakeholders, you will assume end-to-end accountability for the successful execution of the transformation project. The role will be instrumental in defining and driving the overall vision, governance framework and delivery roadmap. You will lead the integration of multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across business functions while proactively managing risks, escalations and dependencies. The role will also oversee governance, resource planning, financial controls, benefits realisation and business continuity planning to ensure successful delivery outcomes. Additionally, you will articulate program progress, financial updates, associated risks and other relevant updates to the executive stakeholders.

Ideally, you are an experienced programme or portfolio management leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across large and matrixed environments. You possess strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across senior leadership teams, functional stakeholders and external partners. You bring deep expertise across governance, financial controls and risk management, coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across multiple workstreams. Demonstrated track record of leading multi-year transformation programmes with significant operational and organisational impact will be highly advantageous.
