Global Head of Communications

Consistently lauded as an industry leader, our client has embarked on a strategic growth agenda to broaden their portfolio and expand their global footprints. To support their evolving business requirements, they are looking for a seasoned Strategic Communications leader to shape and deliver a cohesive and compelling communications strategy for their global operations.
Responsibilities
You will lead and execute a cohesive global communications strategy that aligns with the organisation’s corporate, commercial and brand objectives, while advising senior leadership on positioning, reputation and stakeholder engagement. You will oversee both external and internal communications, including media relations, corporate messaging, financial communications, crisis management and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all markets. In addition, you will be safeguarding the company’s reputation, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and proactively managing risks and opportunities.
Experience
Ideally, you are a seasoned Strategic Communications leader with 15+ years of experience in a global and/or regional capacity. Prior track record in managing media relations and crisis communications would be highly valued. Armed with strong commercial acumen, you are known to challenge the status quo and influence decisions at the executive level. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, enterprising and agile.
