VP Finance, Retail

Consistently lauded for their innovative portfolio, this emerging retail organisation is seeking a seasoned Finance leader with a proven track record in transformation to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will spearhead the full spectrum of Finance activities, spanning financial reporting, consolidation, analysis, business partnering and internal controls. You will also be actively involved in business process re-engineering initiatives, with an immediate priority to transform their Finance operations and elevate operational efficiency. In addition, you will work closely with the Commercial teams and provide sound financial counsel to drive strategic business growth, capital investments and business performance.

Requirements
You are a qualified CA with 20+ years of relevant experience, ideally gained in retail and/or consumer-facing industries. Strong technical expertise in group reporting and consolidation would be highly valued. Armed with a track record in Finance transformation and change management, you have enhanced Finance functions and led business process re-engineering initiatives in a regional capacity. To succeed in this role, you will be described as driven, resilient and passionate about developing people and capabilities.
