Global Procurement Director, FMCG

Consistently lauded as an industry leader, this FMCG organisation, with a core focus in the Food category, has embarked on a strategic growth agenda to broaden their portfolio and expand their global footprints. To support their evolving business requirements, they are looking for a seasoned Strategic Procurement leader to lead their global operations.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement and managing a sizable team of qualified professionals, you will lead the end-to-end procurement strategy and execution to support business growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial, to develop scalable procurement models, simplify processes and drive strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver sustainable cost savings and value creation. In addition, you will be actively involved in driving digital transformation and data-driven decision-making, and championing ESG and sustainability initiatives.

Experience
Ideally, you are a seasoned Procurement leader with strong expertise in the Food/ Beverages/ Ingredients space. You have a track record in managing global supplier relationships and driving strategic initiatives to create long term commercial value. To succeed in this role, you will be describe as commercial, strategic and operationally hands-on.
