HRIS Lead

Overview
Our client is a leading public sector organisation with a mandate to deliver high-impact programmes and essential services to the wider community. As part of its ongoing digital transformation journey, the organisation is seeking a senior HRIS leader to shape its HRIS strategy, driving AI adoption, intelligent automation and next-generation HR capabilities.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, you will define and execute the organisation’s HRIS roadmap, leveraging AI, automation and digital solutions to transform HR service delivery and employee experience. Partnering with senior HR, IT and business leaders, you will identify opportunities to reimagine HR processes, harness predictive analytics and deliver scalable technology solutions that enable data-driven decision making.

You will provide strategic oversight of the enterprise HRIS ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring robust governance, system optimisation and seamless integration across platforms. In addition, you will champion emerging AI capabilities, establish best practices for responsible AI adoption, and build a high-performing HRIS team to deliver innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess at least 15 years of experience leading HRIS or Digital HR Transformation within a large and complex organisation. You will have a proven track record of delivering HRIS strategies, leading large-scale transformation programmes and driving AI, automation or data-led initiatives that create measurable business impact.

You should combine strategic vision with strong stakeholder leadership, with the ability to influence senior executives, build high-performing teams and translate emerging technologies into practical HR solutions.

Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors or Workday and enterprise HR systems is essential, while a passion for AI-driven innovation and the future of work will distinguish the successful candidate.
