Audrey 于 2001 年开始从事猎头工作。她是嘉里咨询商业和金融服务部门的创始成员之一，目前领导我们的人力资源部门。
Audrey has deep experience running C-suite and senior leadership search mandates in Singapore and Asia to identify top talent for global and regional companies, ranging from industry giants to startups. She currently focuses on mandates in the CHRO and Regional/Country HR Leadership space, and Specialist HR verticals including HR Business Partnering / Generalist, Rewards / Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Attraction, Talent Management & Leadership Development, Learning & Development, HR Operations, HR Technology, HR Analytics, Change & Transformation, Employee Relations & Engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
Before joining Kerry Consulting in 2004, she worked with a leading international recruitment firm and began her career in Arthur Andersen’s Audit and Business Consulting Divisions. Audrey is an ASEAN scholar and holds an honours accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
