      A leading multinational organisation with a strong presence across Asia Pacific is seeking a Regional Legal Director to lead its APAC legal function based in Singapore. This is a senior leadership role supporting a complex and fast-evolving business across a broad range of strategic, commercial, regulatory, and governance matters. The position offers significant exposure to cross-border transactions, portfolio expansion initiatives, intellectual property strategy, and regional operational matters, while also driving innovation and transformation within the legal function.

      工作职责

      The Regional Legal Director will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, partnering closely with business leaders across the region on strategic growth initiatives and day-to-day legal matters. Responsibilities include leading complex commercial transactions such as licensing, distribution, joint ventures, and M&A activities, as well as drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements across multiple markets.

      The role will also oversee regional intellectual property protection and enforcement, data privacy, antitrust, compliance, and dispute resolution matters, while supporting corporate governance and company secretarial activities across the region.

      要求

      You should have at least 18 years’ PQE, combining strong private practice training with substantial in-house leadership experience. Candidates should possess deep expertise in commercial contracts, intellectual property, licensing and distribution arrangements, alongside strong experience managing cross-border legal and compliance matters within a matrix organisation.
