CFO, Digital Infrastructure
A leading infrastructure investment manager, our client is scaling their digital infrastructure portfolio and looking for a seasoned CFO to set up their Finance team in Singapore.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be an integral member of the senior leadership team and provide sound financial and commercial counsel in support of strategic decision making and business performance. You will be actively involved in the group’s organic and inorganic growth initiative, including rigorous evaluation of new business strategies, monetisation initiatives and deal structuring. As part of the pioneer team, you will play a pivotal role in setting up the Finance structure and processes, shaping the financial discipline and delivering the value creation for the business.

Ideally, you are a seasoned Finance leader with a proven track record in digital infrastructure, cloud platforms and/or data centres. You have a proven track record in setting up Finance function and processes, as well as partnering Commercial teams to build the business from growth stage into a scaled, institutional platform. Prior expertise in evaluating and executing M&A would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you will be described as a seasoned business partner with a growth mindset and thirst for challenges.
