Role
This leadership role will oversee the end-to-end technology and product architecture of a digital banking platform, with responsibility for shaping its evolution across key domains such as onboarding, data infrastructure, and core banking systems. The position involves managing and scaling engineering teams, driving automation and AI-led workflows, and guiding integration with legacy systems while maintaining a forward-looking technology vision. The successful candidate will balance client-driven requirements with proactive product development. Close collaboration with stakeholders across engineering, product, and enterprise leadership will be essential to support growth and distribution objectives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate brings experience in digital banking architecture, preferably with exposure to both vendor and in-house environments, and has led engineering teams of at least 20 members. A strong technical foundation with hands-on coding ability is important, alongside ownership of key product or technology domains. Experience bringing AI-driven capabilities into production, alongside a sound understanding of cybersecurity considerations, is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to challenge existing approaches constructively.
