Compliance Manager, Oil & Gas Company

Kerry Consulting is working with a Oil & Gas Company that is currently looking to hire a Compliance Manager to be their first compliance hire. 职责

In this role, you will report directly to the General Counsel and will be working closely with the leadership team to help set up the compliance framework for the organization. You will be responsible for providing advice on KYC matters and providing input on sanctions risks that the organization face. Other compliance responsibilities include advising on Gifts & Entertainment policies and maintaining governance over the related registers for the Singapore office, as well as supporting the maintenance and ongoing development of compliance policies and procedures. You will assist in the design and delivery of compliance training programmes, including both face-to-face sessions and e-learning modules and remain up to date on regulatory developments affecting the commodities markets, proactively identifying changes that may impact the business.

要求

In order to succeed in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in compliance matters with deep understanding on compliance issues arising ideally from a Oil & Gas Company or Commodity Trading firm. You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
