Compliance Manager, Commodity Trading

Kerry Consulting is working closely with an International Oil & Gas Company that is looking to hire a Compliance Manager for their Singapore office. This is a first starter role and will be an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Professional who is keen to cover a broad range of compliance advisory matters and assist in rolling out policies and framework for the APAC region.

职责

The role involves partnering closely with trading teams to gain a strong understanding of business strategy, markets, and traded products, and ensuring compliance considerations are effectively embedded into day-to-day activities. You will advise on Gifts & Entertainment policies and oversee the governance of related registers for the Singapore office, while supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures.

In addition, you will contribute to the design and delivery of compliance training programmes, including both face-to-face and e-learning modules. The role requires staying abreast of regulatory developments impacting the commodities markets and proactively assessing their implications for the business. You will also support the enhancement of communication and transaction surveillance tools, monitor and assess potential market abuse or disruptive trading practices, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to uphold strong compliance standards across the organisation.

要求

You should have at least 5 years of working experience and knowledge in the ethics and compliance space working in a large multi-national organization and ideally within the Oil & Gas industry. You should also have a good understanding of compliance regulations and policies within the APAC region.
