General Manager, Luxury Hospitality

An employer of choice, this leading hospitality firm is renowned for their product portfolio and guest experience. To drive the growth of one of their flagship properties, they are looking for a seasoned Hotel General Manager to spearhead the property in Singapore.

Responsibilities
As the General Manager, you will shape and execute strategic plans to drive the property’s growth and commercial positioning. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional operational excellence and guest experience, as well as elevate the financial performance through effective revenue management and cost control. You will build a strong partnership with the owners and partners, ensuring consistent service delivery, environmental stewardship and community engagement.

Requirements
Ideally, you are a seasoned Hotel General Manager with at least 5+ years of experience leading a luxury property in key Southeast Asia markets. You have a proven track record in elevating property performance, guest experience and community engagement. To succeed in this role, you will be described as entrepreneurial, commercial and game for challenges.
