General Manager, Luxury Hospitality (Hong Kong)

An established top-tier luxury hospitality group is seeking a General Manager in Hong Kong to lead one of their flagship hotel. This is a senior leadership mandate suited for a refined hospitality professional with a strong track record in luxury hotel operations, commercial performance, service excellence, and stakeholder management.

职责

This role will report to the Cluster General Manager and work closely with key senior stakeholders. You will oversee the full spectrum of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, brand standards, and financial performance. The role will lead and inspire a high-performing team, drive revenue and profitability, strengthen owner and stakeholder relationships, and uphold the property’s positioning as a leading luxury destination.

要求

You are a seasoned hotelier with proven leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hotels, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to balance operational discipline with personalised service delivery. Pior experience working in Hong Kong luxury hospitality would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as polished, hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a high-expectation environment with discerning guests and senior stakeholders.
