This premier bank offers diverse products and services to its global network of clients. In support of its continued growth and strategic transformation, it is hiring In-Business AML Operations, SVP and VP.

职责

This is an in-business role within Retail and Private Banking. Reporting to Head of AML Operations, you will be part of a dynamic team to uplift the function, drive operational excellence and proactively manage risk. You will comply with the risk and control, AML Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment and AML Control Self-Assessment programs across frontline, product, operations, and support units. You will partner with Line 1.5 and Line 2 to ensure that emerging trends and threats are communicated, and necessary controls are embedded in the business operations. You will leverage data analytics to achieve operational excellence and effective monitoring of end-to-end risk signals.

Qualifications

With relevant years of experience in retail banking or private banking, you must have a proven experience in managing large scale operations. AML/CFT operations experience is preferred but it is not necessary. Experience in leading transformational initiatives to uplift efficiency and effectiveness is preferred.
