Legal Counsel, Investment Management
Our client is a leading investment management firm with a strong regional presence, providing investment solutions across multiple asset classes. The organization operates in a highly regulated environment and partners closely with institutional clients, business stakeholders, and global affiliates to support strategic growth and operational excellence.
This role provides legal support across investment management and business operations, including advising stakeholders on commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements, managing legal risks, supporting strategic projects and transformation initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver practical legal solutions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal experience within financial services, asset management, or commercial legal environments, with strong contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk assessment capabilities. Experience leveraging legal technology and AI tools is advantageous; interested candidates with a proactive, commercially minded approach are encouraged to apply.
