Legal Counsel, Corporate (SG HQ Company)

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a Singapore-headquartered organization to hire a Legal Counsel to join their legal team. This role will provide legal support across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. 职责

As the Legal Counsel for the organization, you will assist in reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, SaaS contracts, vendor and contractor agreements, and NDAs. You will lead and provide legal support on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments as and when it arises.

You will provide assistance to senior management on legal strategy, risk, and compliance, ensuring that business decisions align with regulatory requirements and best practices. You will also enhance and maintain internal policy frameworks and corporate governance guidelines to minimize legal and regulatory risks. In addition, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, to effectively address and resolve legal and compliance matters.

要求

In order to succeed in this role, you should be a qualified lawyer with minimally 4 years PQE within a general corproate practice either with a law firm or in an in-house environment. You should enjoy working in a highly dynamic environment and enjoy great independence.
