Senior Legal Counsel, Banking (8-12 years PQE)

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a Regional Financial Institution that is currently looking to expand their legal team. This is a newly created headcount within the legal team and they are looking to hire a legal professional with financing background. In this role, you will be working on a broad spectrum of financing legal matters.

职责

As a member within the team, you will be supporting the front office on the negotiations with clients on all financing related transactions (e.g fund financing, leverage financing, asset financing etc). You shall be solution oriented and ensure that clients’ needs are well managed both internally and externally and ensuring that any legal risks are being highlighted promptly to parties involved. As part of the broader legal team, you will also from time to time be involve in adhoc projects/initiatives that help to drive better legal efficiency within the organization. You will up keep the legal documentations for the transactions handled to ensure that they are align with the bank’s standards and also with market’s best practices.

要求

You should ideally be a Singapore qualified lawyer with 8-12 years PQE and have the ability to see through transactions independently. Prior experience in financing transactions will be required for this role.
