SVP Finance Business Partner, FMCG

Consistently lauded as a global industry leader, our client has embarked on a strategic growth agenda to broaden their product offerings and expand their global footprints. To support evolving business needs, they are looking for a seasoned Finance Business Partner to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global CFO and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will work closely with the Commercial teams to influence key strategic decisions and deliver sustainable growth. You will lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management across their Asia Pacific operations. In addition, you will provide actionable insights that optimise profitability, market share and operational efficiency.You will also play a key role in driving transformation initiatives, including the implementation of digital finance tools and advanced data analytics capabilities.

Experience
Ideally, you are a seasoned Finance Business Partner with 20+ years of experience in the FMCG, retail and/ or hospitality space. Armed with strong commercial acumen, you are known to challenge the status quo and influence decisions at the executive level. Prior expertise in revenue growth management would be highly regarded. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, enterprising and agile.
