HR Generalist, Retail
Our client is a leading international Retail company. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment, then this role may be just for you. The company is now hiring for a HR Generalist.
Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be critical in ensuring that all HR operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties: including compensation (including payroll vendor management), benefits, and leave matters; handling employee enquiries, grievances & disciplinary matters/disputes. You will support in performance and talent management, and potentially gain exposure to learning & development, for instance to identify training needs for staff. You will also have the opportunity to drive HR projects where assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably from an FMCG or Retail environment
- Prior experience with Compensation & Benefits – for instance, conducting salary benchmarking exercises, coordination of bonus and salary review exercises
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Knowledge of Workday
