    Our client is a large Singapore-headquartered organization. An exciting, newly-created Director of Talent Acquisition position is now open. The position is based in Singapore, and reports to the CHRO. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and can enjoy opportunities to work on multiple initiatives and strategic recruitment and employer branding projects.

    Role
    In this role, you will be responsible for driving Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy. You will take charge of the talent acquisition strategy and action plan(s) to ensure alignment to the organization’s goals. The successful candidate will also get to drive/contribute to employer branding initiatives e.g. participate in career fairs. You will serve as an advisor to the management and the wider HR team on all talent acquisition topics.

    Requirements
    You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 15 years of experience in HR – Talent Acquisition
    Proven track record in employer branding projects would be advantageous
    You possess the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and writing skills.
