Role: Data Privacy Operations
Location: Singapore

This is a newly created headcount which will work closely with the second line privacy team on data privacy operations matter.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data privacy related enquiries
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments
• Support Privacy Incidents response
• Keep abreast of new / updates to privacy regulations and support the implementation of changes within the organisation in line with the regulations
• Assist with privacy training, audits and management reporting

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of local data privacy regulations
• Experience in working within a Financial Institution and with MAS inspections / communications
• Relevant experience with Privacy Impact Assessments and Privacy Incidents response
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently
