Legal Counsel, Funds
Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading investment management firm that is seeking an experienced legal counsel with prior experience in funds related legal matters to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a high performing team and dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on the structuring, establishment, and management of private investment funds. You will advise on the formation and operation of private funds, negotiate investments into third-party funds, and work closely with internal stakeholders across investment, compliance, and finance teams to ensure that all fund activities are executed efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
You should ideally be a Singapore or UK qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE gained either from a top tier law firm specializing in funds/investment related work or an in-house legal team with strong technical understanding of private fund structures and its investments.
