Alvin Ng

Alvin is an accomplished talent acquisition and people leader with over two decades of experience. His extensive background spans in-house recruitment and HR functions and executive leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region. Alvin has successfully executed assignments for global and regional banks in various capacities.

Before joining Kerry Consulting, Alvin worked for a large global Human Resources HR Strategy and Search firm and undertook senior-level search assignments across financial services in the Asia Pacific markets, including corporate and investment banking, wholesale banking, and wealth management. Alvin has collaborated closely with global leadership teams, demonstrating a proven track record in areas such as COOs, technology, operations, transformation, and Fintech.

Alvin is an alumnus of Cass Business School, City University in London, holding a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Finance & Property Valuation.
