      The Head of E-Commerce, APAC is a senior leadership role empowered to shape and deliver the digital commerce vision for one of the region’s most recognized brands, collaborating across countries to deliver long-term business impact

      Prior experience in launching and scaling a brand’s direct-to-consumer (.com) business is essential, while marketplace platform expertise is a strong plus.

      Key Responsibilities

      •      Develop and execute the APAC e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand equity across the region, aligning with global brand objectives.
      •      Lead the planning, launch, and optimization of regional brand .com platforms, defining the digital customer journey and ensuring best-in-class experience.
      •      Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including P&L management, budgeting, digital merchandising, online marketing, logistics, and customer care.
      •      Drive performance reporting, analysis, and business reviews, leveraging digital analytics, KPIs, and CRM data to optimize traffic, conversion, and retention.
      •      Collaborate with country and functional teams to support marketplace expansion and partnerships, ensuring compliance and performance across digital channels.
      •      Manage and develop regional e-commerce team members, fostering a results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and collaborative culture.
      •      Keep abreast of APAC e-commerce trends, competitor benchmarks, and technology innovations, championing digital transformation initiatives.

      Requirements

      •      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or related fields.
      •      10+ years of e-commerce experience, with a substantial track record leading and scaling brand dot com platforms in the APAC region.
      •      Extensive knowledge of e-commerce P&L, site operations, analytics, and digital marketing.
      •      Experience with APAC online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) considered a strong asset.
      •      Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional growth strategies and manage cross-functional, multicultural teams.
      •      Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
