Manager, Sales (Branded Residences)

A world-renowned hospitality group with a portfolio spanning upper midscale to luxury brands and branded residences is seeking a sales professional to expand its customer base in Singapore. This is a newly created headcount due to expanding business needs.
Responsibilities
This role reports to the Assistant Vice President who oversees the property development department. Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing sales channels to maximise revenue opportunities via networking and establishing business partnerships, coordinating roadshows and events, and developing other platforms or sources of promoting property offerings to potential target markets. The role would collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance to optimize profitability, market share, and brand positioning worldwide.
Requirements
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in residential sales, with proven success in driving sales across various channels in Singapore. Prior experience with a real estate developer would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is independent, resourceful and able to think out of the box. You are also an excellent communicator and places an emphasis on building relationships with various stakeholders.
