      Overview
      The Global Head of HR is a newly created, global leadership role that creates the internal conditions for the company’s growth and transition toward a regenerative, ecosystem-driven business model. By shaping culture, building leadership and capabilities, redesigning performance and people systems, and enabling large-scale change, this role ensures that long-term strategic, commercial, and impact goals are embedded into everyday operations and behaviours.

      Role
      Reporting to the business leader, the Global Head of HR drives enterprise value and impact by aligning people, culture, and capabilities with the organisation’s strategic direction. This critical role translates regenerative principles into practical talent strategies and leadership behaviours while the company continues to expand their portfolio globally. Leads the evolution from siloed operations to a collaborative, stewardship led centred on ecosystem value creation, with initiatives directly tied to commercial outcomes, resilience, and multi-capital impact.

      Build capabilities in stakeholder engagement to drive the business model shift. Embed and develop next-generation competencies through leadership programs focused on digital fluency, financial literacy, systems thinking, multi-capital value, collaboration, and ecosystem thinking.

      Requirements
      The ideal candidate brings extensive senior HR leadership experience in complex, global, multi-business/ brands organizations, with a demonstrated track record in change management that drives large-scale cultural and organizational transformation. Deep expertise in culture architecture, organizational design, and leadership development is essential, complemented by a true global citizen mindset that thrives across diverse geographies, cultures, and regulatory environments. Comes with over18 years of HR experience required, with progressive leadership including senior roles leading regional and group HR functions. Proven success in highly matrixed, multi-entity environments.
