General Manager, SEA

Our client is a Global Consumer Goods Company looking to hire a General Manager, SEA. This will be leadership position driving growth in the SEA region, overseeing full P&L responsibility, strategic direction, operational execution, and talent leadership to drive sustainable growth, market expansion, and profitability.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and execution of the overall marketing plan
• To manage stakeholder relationships like suppliers, retailers, distributor partners and to remain competitive in the market
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection laws, and relevant industry standards within the distribution market segment.
• Collaborate with APAC Leadership and key stakeholders to define and prioritise growth initiatives with measurable business impact

Requirements
You will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in progressive leadership experience. Ideally, you should have proven track record in managing multi-country P&L in Southeast Asia. You will possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management.
